Fish pools and deep runs. White is great color for streamers, work them deep. Try a spanish bullet, copper johns, Baetis nymphs and rainbow warriors during the day. Try soft hackles and midges in the evenings. When fish are rising try an Elk Hair Caddis, Parachute Hopper, PMX or Klinkhammer. Low flows, be careful not to spook fish.

Nymph shallow riffles and deep runs using a lightening bug, rainbow warrior, spanish bullet or sow bug. Working white woolly buggers and white zonkers through deeper runs has also been effective. Try Caddis and klinkhammers in the evening.
