Techniques & Tips as of 9/28/24
Nymph shallow riffles and deep runs using a lightening bug, rainbow warrior, spanish bullet or sow bug. Working white woolly buggers and white zonkers through deeper runs has also been effective. Try fishing caddis emergers under a parachute hopper pattern and soft hackles in the evening before the hatch starts. Swing a soft hackle in the evening. Fish are hiding behind structure and along edges.
