Shallow lake amid standing timber. Early season fishing is best on the flats in and around the standing timber. Several old river channels provide fishing locations as the lake lowers during the summer and the fish seek cooler water. Lake is famous for its "Cranebows" which can exceed 10 pounds. Also, an excellent Brook Trout and Kokanee fishery.
