5-Day Outlook as of 6/22/26

Fortunately we have been receiving afternoon rains so that's been great for the rivers. We are supposedly going to have a wetter than normal summer this year. The flows on the Colorado have been fluctuating. Water temps have dropped a bunch with the higher flow out of Green Mountain Reservoir.

Techniques & Tips as of 6/22/26

Nymphing slow water and stripping Streamers. Midges, PMDs, Caddis, Stoneflies and Tactical nymphs are working best. Some mid to late day dry/dropper with PMD /Caddis. It's also a great time to get serious about your streamer game!
