Flows Have increased to 16,000 CFS in 24hrs. The Lower Yuba is currently unsafe to wade or boat. It's going to be a while before flows drop down into shape.

Just as the flows returned to normal and the water started to clear, we have a series of storms coming through Northern California dropping a lot of rain. Water clarity is shot (about 3" visibility) and flows are dangerously high to boat or wade. I'd wait it out for better weather and lower flows.
