Bring lots of bug spray! Those northern Maine black flies will chase you to the middle of the pond and won't quit until you do!

5-Day Outlook as of 6/28/22
Surface activity is picking up as plentiful rain alternates with warmer sunny days. As temperatures hover in the 70s and sun is expected, look for increased bug activity leading up to the Hex Hatch which should happen in the next week or so.
Techniques & Tips as of 6/28/22
Fish deep and move streamer patterns actively in ponds and hang on when the big boys bite! Dark leach patterns are productive in most Maine ponds. July can be fantastic top water fishing, especially this year where water temps are just now starting to warm.
